Industrial electronics repair
A line that is down costs you more per hour than the board that is blocking it. That is why we test your unit and tell you what is wrong and what it will cost before we start. All brands, out of warranty, out of production, even without documentation.
Within 48 hours of receipt you have the diagnosis and the price; in urgent cases within a few hours. A repair takes two weeks on average — what determines that time is the parts, not the work. If you need it sooner, just tell us.
You can send units from anywhere in Belgium. In and around Veurne we collect and return free of charge.
What we repair
From a thirty-year-old power supply to last year’s panel
We are not tied to any manufacturer. Our approach starts from the schematic and the measurement, not from a part number. That is why we also repair units that have long been out of production.
Frequency inverters and servo drives
An inverter that goes into fault is rarely beyond repair. Usually it is the DC-link capacitors, the IGBT module or the control power supply — all three replaceable.
PLCs and I/O cards
Siemens S7 and S5, Mitsubishi, Omron, Beckhoff, Schneider. Including the cards for which the manufacturer says no replacement exists any more.
HMIs, panels and touchscreens
Dead backlighting, a touch layer that no longer responds, a panel that will not boot. We replace the touch layer instead of the whole panel.
Power supplies and chargers
Switch-mode power supplies, battery chargers, UPS electronics. The classic cause is a dried-out capacitor or a failed switching transistor.
Sensors, measuring and weighing equipment
Weighing electronics, measuring amplifiers, encoders and industrial sensors — including readjustment and calibration after repair.
Machine-specific circuit boards
The boards without a type number, from a machine builder that no longer exists. We draw up the schematic and repair, or design a replacement.

How we work
Two ways to get started
The standard route
Not repaired, not paid
We test your unit and send you a quotation. You decide. If you do not accept it, you pay nothing — not even for the diagnosis.
If the unit turns out to be beyond repair during the work, you pay nothing either. You only cover the shipping.
The urgent route
Immediate start
Is your line down and can you not wait for a quotation? Call us and tell us we may start straight away. Your unit gets priority and we start the same day.
Here “not repaired, not paid” does not apply: we charge the hours worked, even if the unit turns out to be beyond repair. We ask you to confirm this briefly by email, so that there is no discussion about it afterwards.
After the repair
What you get back
Tested under load wherever possible
Where possible, we run the unit under real load before it goes back, and not just powered up on the test bench. For some units this is not possible outside your machine.
Six-month warranty
On the work carried out and the parts replaced. If the same fault returns, we repair it free of charge.
Report on request
If you ask for a written report on the fault and its cause, we will prepare one. Useful for assessing whether the same thing could happen elsewhere in your installation.
Improved where possible
If a unit keeps failing in the same way — heat, mains pollution, contamination — we propose tackling that cause as well.
Sending in
How to send us your unit
Pack it in antistatic, shock-proof packaging. Add a note with your details, the machine type and a short description of the fault: when it happened, which error code, what still works. The more we know in advance, the faster the diagnosis.
